SCOPE
1.1.This method oftest for determining the cement content of concrete is applicable to hardened
portland cement concretes except those containing certain aggregates or combination of
aggregates or admixtures which yield significant amounts of dissolved calcium oxide (CaO) and
dissolved silica (Si02) under the conditions of the test.
